Identify and drive operational and functional processes. Support investigation and problem resolution on behalf of JLR PI (Perpetual Inventory) teamĮnsure daily/weekly workload planning for the Inventory Team including PI Schedules. Support customer & DHL requirements for traceability. Perform root cause analysis using appropriate tools and methodology on all receiving and SMART issues. To ensure customer schedule isn't suppressed. Investigate POD (Proof Of Delivery) issues raised by the customer, supplier & receiving teamsĬomplete daily ASN (Advanced Supplier Notice) clear down Performing SWC (Standard Work Conformation) for all process adherence on CMMS3 and Red Prairie.ĭaily, Weekly and Monthly inventory reportingĮnsuring best practice and standardisation, working closely with the Operational Team to ensure stock integrity is maintained IPS champion for Inventory, ensuring quality processes are being followed. Customer facing roles, so extremely important that all inventory activities are supported by daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Responsible for Engineering changes, ensuring at all times that the correct part levels are being supplied by the operational teams.
INVENTORY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES FULL
Will ensure that a full cadence is in place with regards to perpetual inventory checks. Ultimately accountable for stock across all the differing operations at the Midpoint Warehouse. The alignment of stock balance should be maintained between the customers CMMS3 system and DHL's Red Prairie WMS. Responsible and accountable for the Inventory Team, ensuring at all times that processes are covered by appropriate QPS / WES documents and that the Inventory Team are suitably trained at all times to carry out their roles.
